Safety Management
Food Safety Management
Food safety is the most basic requirement for engaging in the catering industry. There are regulations in the central government′s "Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation", which clearly regulate the various conditions that catering operators should have, thereby extending the "Regulations on Food Safety Control System" to identify, evaluate, and control food safety hazards. There are also "Guidelines for Good Food Hygiene Practices" and "Guidelines for Good Cleaning of Tableware" to provide meals that meet the necessary standards and are even better.
In enterprises, there are various audit requirements, such as environmental regulations that need to be inspected for restaurants, such as the Air Pollution Control Act, the Water Pollution Control Act, the Noise Control Act, and even the Fire Services Act and the Standard for Installation of Fire Safety Equipments Based on Use and Occupancy, which all affect the service quality of restaurants and the operational ability of catering operators. With QFC thinking about all these, with the attitude of facing an abyss and the prudence of walking on thin ice, we have tried all the way to meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and audits. Below, we would like to list the various food ingredient inspection certificates, employee training certificates, and physical examination statuses held by QFC as follows. Firstly, to demonstrate the company′s strict compliance with the law, and secondly, to reveal the actual situation of the company′s internal capabilities and resources.
